FAQs

When and where is REACH?

REACH meets on Thursdays and the entire program runs from 1:30-3:25PM.

Check-in for all students is located inside the gym on Rehoboth Church Family’s campus.

Is this program drop-off?

Yes, REACH is a drop-off program. We follow a two-adult minimum in all classrooms, and are committed to child safety through best practices and supervision policies. Of course, parents are always welcome to stay and hang out if they'd like!

Am I expected to volunteer?

We ask that each family volunteers a handful of times during the semester to help things run smoothly and to maintain a two-adult minimum in all classes. If your schedule doesn’t allow for that, we do offer a volunteer opt-out fee as a flexible alternative.

What curriculum do teachers use?

At REACH, teachers have the freedom to choose or create their own curriculum based on their interests and the needs of their students. We prioritize hands-on, engaging activities that spark curiosity and make learning fun—no dry lectures here!

Who teaches the classes?

Our classes are taught by parents who are excited to share their skills, interests, and passions with students. From science experiments to music jams to kickball games, every class reflects the creativity and heart of our homeschool community.
